  As a  painter,  I  explore  situations and places

with-in natural and man made environments, which I instinctively find curious and

 study them through sketches and painting.  I seek to understand and present the  essence of these places,

using  strong semi- abstract compositions, refined lines, colours and textures.  

  Paintings activate the viewers conscious and subconscious mind, revealing the subjects aura.

They should also contain a degree of the unexplained, and be open to interpretation.
